The application, complete in all respects should reach the Principal within 15 days from the publication of results of the eligibility examination.

The following certificates in original should be produced at the time of admission

1. Transfer Certificate
2. Conduct Certificate from the institution last studied.
3. a) +2 Mark sheet for admission into UG degrees
   b) Degree mark sheet/provisional Certificate for admission into PG degrees
4. Two stamp-size color photographs
5. Community Certificate for those who belong to SC/ST/BC/MBC/DNC.
6. Eligibility Certificate/Migration Certificate.
